Mercedes Gonzales Champion '89

This year's national was held at the Barona Oaks Raceway in Ramona, California in San Diego county.  The venue ran along side CMC's schedule, drawing nearly 45 female participants.  Unfortunately, CMC filed the official results and we do not have access to them at this time.

We can tell you that Mercedes Gonzalez was the champion as she swept both the 125 & 250 Women's Pro classes.  ESPN's Motoworld was on hand to film the women racing, while the promoter and spectators alike we very please with the women's racing.
