1992 The "Queen of Motocross" retires after nearly 2 decades of racing. This years Women's Motocross Championships were held at the oldest mx track in Southern California, Perris Raceway. At the day's conclusion, an emotional ceremony was held in which multi-time Women's MX Champion, Mercedes Gonzales, passed on her crown to the new Champion, Cindy Cole.
